LOCKDOWN has seen us become obsessed with masks – and not just those of the anti-Covid variety.

Ultimate TV guessing game The Masked Singer has become the most talked-about show of the year, with more than seven million tuning in last weekend and many more catching up later.

At the halfway point of the ITV series, fans – and the celeb judging panel – are going all out to uncover the identities of the singers in the crazy outfits.

Some are so convinced they have worked it out, they are even editing the Wiki pages of the celebs they have guessed.

As Badger, Blob, Dragon, Harlequin, Robin, Sausage and Viking return to the stage tonight, Daniel Sperling looks at the clues to uncover who is behind the mask . . . 

Robin

PERFORMANCES: Can’t Stop The Feeling, Justin Timberlake; Dance Monkey, Tones and I; Rockin’ Robin, Michael Jackson (clue to identity)

CLUES: Has been “known to fly without wings”. Knew he would “always be a footballer” and claimed to have represented his country. Visual clues include a sign for EastEnders’ Albert Square and a plate of biscuits. Their real name is “out of this world”.
